Cancellation Policy
🪻 All clients are required to pay a $45 non-refundable deposit. (Goes towards your total) Remaining balance preferably cash, but Zelle & Card payments with tap are available! (Refunded if I cancel) ✨ No call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost & banned from booking. 🪻 10min grace period: after your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. Please note that by being late your appointment time is shortened, we may have to simplify your set! ✨If you do not communicate that you will be late before the 10 minute grace period ends, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the service. ❕SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS : 100% of service 🪻 NO FOREIGN SOAK OFFs. NO FOREIGN FILLS. If you arrive with nails that I didn’t do, I will have to cancel the appointment or $30 foreign removal fee will be applied and your nail art time will be shortened. ❕NEW CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE WITH BARE NAILS. ❕I DO NOT WORK OVER FUNGUS 🪻ONE RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT You may reschedule without losing your deposit if it’s done at least before 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 48hrs window charged 50%. ✨ please reschedule if you are sick, I have high risk family and I myself have a weak immune system so please be mindful. ✨after hours fee $30✨
